As a team we support leaders, staff and volunteers across the four Nordic countries. Our areas of expertise and responsibilities are both strategic and operational. We aid and challenge our leaders and people to be the best that they can be, e.g. through engaging with them and through providing the right processes and systems.
What we all have in common is that we are engaged and committed to our profession, we work within areas such as; leadership development, sustainable work environment, ED&I (Equity, Diversity and Inclusion), employment law and regulations, as well as embedding our organizational culture and values. We are proactive in our approach, and we continue to drive digitalization of HR processes and a strong employee value proposition.
Whether working in a role as Nordic HR- Director, Business Partner, Generalist or Coordinator it is our goal to always provide operational excellence. Our team members come from diverse backgrounds, with a majority based in Stockholm.
We set our sights high, and continuously explore how we can do things even better. Our main focus for the upcoming period is delivering on these key strategic people & culture priorities:
- Enabling culture that is collaborative, equitable, diverse and inclusive - founded on trust, safety, professionalism and accountability
- Ensuring we have talented people & the right organisational capabilities
- Leading a hybrid, innovative and sustainable learning organisation
If you enjoy working in a collaborative team that explores and works with all areas of HR, we strongly encourage you to connect!
