Nowadays, it is hardly debatable that leveraging on technological solutions is a key competitive advantage to any organisation, and Greenpeace is no exception to this, as tech is key for us to deliver the positive change we wish to see in the world. Therefore, our IT department is all about continuously improving our tools and systems to make sure we both have in place state-of-the-art technological solutions in place, but also that we maximise the benefits we get from them.
You may join the team by becoming a member of one of our three IT units: 1) IT Operations, who provide the fundamental structure of networks, hardware, but are also in charge of overall developments on cybersecurity and facilitating any other development innovation needed by other departments; 2) the Digital Systems unit is in charge of our outwards-looking interfaces, including our CMS (i.e. the website) and other platforms necessary to interact with the general public and our supporters; 3) and lastly, we have the CRM, automation and business intelligence unit, which is in charge of developing our CRM (mainly used by our fundraising department), as well as all the analytic tools around it, such as reporting platforms like Civis and Tableau.
Our IT units include a variety of roles, from analysts to developers, application managers, and cybersecurity engineers. We welcome innovation, curiosity, and provide a space where you can thrive and express your creativity, talents and full potential.
